We understand the importance of your privacy. waveflow does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Your name, email address, or phone number.
- Your physical location or GPS data.
- Your contacts, photos, or calendars.
- Unique device identifiers that can be used to personally track you (e.g., Advertising ID).
- Any content you play, such as video filenames, metadata, or viewing history.
2. Information We May Collect (Non-Personal Data)
To maintain and improve the Service, we may use third-party services (such as Firebase Crashlytics) solely for internal operations. These services may collect anonymous, non-personal data limited to:
- Crash & Diagnostic Data: Information about crashes and performance issues, such as device model, OS version, and an anonymized stack trace. This data is strictly used to diagnose and fix bugs and does not contain any personal information.
- Anonymized Usage Analytics: Aggregated, anonymous data about feature usage (e.g., which buttons are pressed). This helps us understand which features are most useful and how to improve the app's user experience.
This non-personal data is processed anonymously and cannot be linked back to an individual user.
